If “Turn Truck Key On” message is displayed on the screen, make sure the truck key is in the “on” position. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, check to make sure the J1939 extension is connected to the CAN termination point on the truck. If it is connected and the problem persists, reach out to Viatec Technical Support for additional assistance
