Contact Viatec technical support for assistance in diagnosing the problem. The diagnostic tool and dealer utility is unavailable to external entities, at this time.

The Zero Motorcyle Diagnostic tool can be used to retrieve system logs and error codes from the MBB and BMS, but it can also be used to reset MBB firmware, which could disable SmartPTO. Consequently, the diagnostic tool/utility will not be available to anyone outside of Viatec Engineering, for the time being.
