Network Communications Error

Check the cell status light on the telematics gateway just on the inside of the front panel. If the cell light is green, the gateway is connected to the cell network and should be transmitting data. If the light is red, try to get better line of sight to the sky for the antenna.

Bad Telematics Gateway

Check the status light on the telematics gateway just inside of the front panel. The status light will blink red while the gateway is establishing a connection, but should eventually turn solid green. If the status light does not turn solid green after an hour, there may be a problem with the gateway.
