The vehicle’s ignition key in not in the “on” position
Vehicle CAN traffic is not being received/understood by SmartPTO
Make sure CAN bus baud rate is set correctly in SmartPTO and make sure the J1939 CAN adaptor harness is properly connected to the truck and terminated.
